Hoarding Helpers can provide a hospital discharge service for Hospital Trusts. 

The process is straightforward. 

We receive a request from the hospital discharge team with details of their requirements. 

We then send a practitioner to the address to undertake an assessment. This is usually within 24 hours but in many cases can be bypassed if the discharge team or occupational therapist has provided clear photographs.

Based on the above we will provide a quote which generally comprises a clearance and deep clean  to the whole home or key room/s so that the patient can return home safely. This significantly reduces the risks to patients and to visiting medical professionals and carers on discharge.

This frees up bed space and helps cut MFFD beds.
