  • Extent of the Work: We assess the level of hoarding, size of the property, and complexity involved to determine an accurate quote.
  • Frequency of Service: Whether it’s a one-off job or ongoing care, we tailor solutions to fit what suits you best.

We also offer free, no-obligation quotes, so you know exactly what to expect before you commit.


We carry £10 million in Public Liability Insurance, ensuring comprehensive protection for our clients, service users, and staff.

This coverage reflects our commitment to operating safely, responsibly, and with full accountability  giving you total peace of mind when engaging our services.

Our minimum package includes 60 minutes of support per week, delivered over 6 weeks, and can be customised to include additional services based on need.

As part of our service packages, we offer complimentary monthly reports for social workers upon request. These reports are available in both Excel and PDF formats, providing clear, professional documentation to support case management and service quality oversight. 


We provide specialised support for clinical and offensive hoarding cases. Clinical and offensive waste must be managed under strict safety and environmental guidelines. 

As a result, additional charges apply to cover the necessary specialist procedures.

  • We only charge a cancellation fee if we are not informed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  • There is no fee for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

Our hoarding visit is offered at a fixed rate, which includes transport, administrative support, decluttering services, and the removal of up to three waste bags per visit, worth over £24 plus VAT 

This straightforward pricing model has been well received by councils and local authorities, as it ensures clarity and consistency across service engagements.


We hold a certified waste carrier licence and guarantee that all waste is disposed of legally, safely, and in full compliance with environmental regulations.

We encourage clients to be cautious of unscrupulous operators offering unusually low prices. These providers often fly-tip or fail to remove waste entirely, risking fines, reputational harm, and environmental damage.

By choosing a trusted and licensed service like ours, you can be confident that waste is handled responsibly and with integrity.


Yes, we’re absolutely okay with pets! In fact, we know that for many clients, pets are cherished companions  and their presence is part of what makes a space feel like home.

Our team takes a respectful, compassionate approach when working in homes with animals. We’re happy to adapt to:

Pet-friendly scheduling and slower pacing if needed

Taking extra precautions with open doors, supplies, and equipment

Being mindful of your pet’s comfort and boundaries

If there are any concerns like nervous pets, allergies, or special care instructions, just let us know in advance we’ll make it work


At our service, we prioritise the dignity, privacy, and emotional well-being of the individuals we support. For people affected by hoarding disorder, a recognized mental health condition, spaces are deeply personal and may hold complex emotional significance. Sharing visual representations, even with the intent to demonstrate progress, can risk distress, stigma, or unintended exposure.


We have therefore chosen not to capture or display before and after photographs for the following reasons:


Protecting Identity and Privacy Every home reflects the life and story of the person living there. Even with attempts to anonymize images, subtle details in photos can inadvertently reveal personal information.


Upholding Data Protection Standards We remain committed to compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR. Images taken in private settings are considered sensitive data and require robust legal and ethical safeguards.


Respecting the Complexity of Hoarding Hoarding is more than just clutter it is a nuanced mental health condition. Visual comparisons can unintentionally oversimplify progress, undermine therapeutic work, or reinforce shame and stigma.
