Yes, we donate clothes and bric-a-brac to charities with the service users' permission. The service users like this as they are often fond of their possessions and happy that they go to good use. It also protects the environment as it is recycled and doesn't end up in a landfill.

We provide capacity assessments for hoarding. This service is conducted by a qualified senior social worker registered with Social Work England. 

We do offer support for wet hoarding; however, there are additional charges because it is classified as clinical waste, which requires specialist handling and disposal. 

No, we only charge if we are not informed within 24 hours. We understand that hoarding is not the same as cleaning, and we are sensitive to the trauma that this can cause..

We can delay or put the service user on our waiting list. We will adjust the invoice as necessary or refund if there is a mistake. If there have been no visits, then there will be no charges, assuming we have been notified first. We try to be as flexible as possible and understand how hard it is for care coordinators / social workers in this field.

Yes, we have an independent social worker who offers advocacy. 

Yes, we have a waste carriers' licence and dispose of all our waste legally and responsibly.

Our rate includes disposal fees, which cover the costs associated with safe removal and take additional time at the end of a visit. We do not request extra charges for parking or decline jobs based on difficult access. We provide reports to local authorities and send SMS/email reminders to all our customers.

All our staff members are fully trained and hold DBS certificates. We adhere to GDPR regulations and are registered with the ICO. Additionally, we have £10 million in public liability insurance to protect our customers and local authorities against claims arising from accidents or data breaches.
