Specialist support for every situation — delivered with patience, no judgement, and genuine care.
Bespoke, specialist support — rare across the UK. We primarily work with councils, housing associations, NHS teams, fire & rescue services, insurance companies, and other statutory and voluntary organisations. We also offer a separate Private Client Service for individuals and families — arranged directly with our director.
We work at the client's pace. Progress is measured by safety and engagement, not speed. We do not offer same day emergency clearances.
Hoarding & Declutter
Weekly therapeutic sessions with case coordination built in to every programme — choose Standard Coordination (ideal where a social worker is heading the case) or Enhanced Coordination (preferred by housing associations and NHS teams needing full statutory oversight).
