Case Management

We provide specialist hoarding case management by a registered social worker, designed specifically for housing associations, local councils and NHS trusts. Our experienced team delivers professional support to manage high-risk clutter cases safely and effectively — reducing risk, sustaining tenancies, preventing eviction and achieving collaborative, person-centred outcomes.

What We Do

We offer structured, professional case management for complex hoarding situations.

  • Triage of Referrals ,   All referrals receive prompt, professional triage to determine urgency, risk level and the most appropriate support pathway. Priority triage is available as an enhanced service at an additional cost.
  • Assessment,    Thorough home assessments using recognised clutter rating scales to identify fire, health, environmental and safeguarding risks.
  • Case Management.    Development of clear, realistic support plans tailored to the individual, with a focus on gradual, sustainable change and effective risk reduction.
  • Multi-Agency Coordination.    Acting as the central point of contact, we liaise efficiently with housing teams, adult social care, GPs, mental health services, fire and rescue, environmental health, repairs and police as required.
  • Engagement.    Direct, non-judgemental engagement with individuals to build trust and encourage active participation in their support plan.
  • Preparation for Clearance.      Where necessary, we coordinate timely and fully consented clearance, ensuring safety, dignity and appropriate timing.
  • Flexible Delivery Options.  Our service is designed to scale to your precise requirements:   • Per day (1–2 cases) — Suitable for small caseloads or pilot projects • 2–3 days per week (3–6 cases) — Ideal for growing or moderate demand • Full-week provision (6–10 cases) — Creates an in-house hoarding specialist team

This flexible model enables organisations to access specialist expertise without committing to a fixed full-time resource.
