Deep cleans

Hoarding Helpers offers specialised support for individuals with autism and learning disabilities who are affected by hoarding in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Unlike many care agencies that provide general assistance, our team is specifically trained in advocacy to understand the unique challenges that neurodivergent individuals face when dealing with clutter and the emotional stress that often accompanies it.

Our decluttering services are built on trust, patience, and person-centred care. We recognise that decluttering is not just a physical task—it’s an emotional journey, especially for those undergoing hospital discharge processes. That’s why we take the time to build relationships, often starting with simple activities like going for a walk to reduce anxiety before any work begins. Our staff are equipped with the values, skills, and knowledge needed to conduct MCA assessments and support each person at their own pace, ensuring that the hoarding clean-up process is respectful, supportive, and tailored to individual needs, in collaboration with social workers and other professional services.
