Bedding Package Service Overview


What’s included:

  • Bedframe (single or double options)
  • Mattress (standard or orthopaedic, based on need)
  • Duvet and pillows (hypoallergenic options available)
  • Fitted sheet and duvet set
  • Optional: Protective mattress covers or weighted blankets (for sensory needs)

  • Clients post-clearance needing a safe sleep setup.
  • Individuals being discharged from the hospital with inadequate home conditions.
  • Vulnerable adults who have suffered a crisis at home
  • Anyone referred via housing teams, health professionals, or safeguarding pathways

Rapid Food Parcel

 

Rapid Food Parcel Service Overview



What’s included:

  • Fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Bakery items (e.g. bread, rolls, pastries)
  • Staples: bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, and cooking oil
  • No tins-only approach: focus on dignity and nutrition


Key features:

  • Same-day or next-day delivery
  • Restrictions: . halal, kosher, vegetarian, vegan, keto, gluten free, lactose free 
  • Optional add-ons: hygiene items, shampoo, toothpaste etc


Who it’s for:

  • Clients' post-hoarding clearance or deep clean
  • Individuals in a crisis
  • Hospital discharge cases with no food at home


This can be paired with bedding packs and home setup support (significant savings)

Rapid Kitchen Packages

 

What a Rapid Kitchen Pack Could Include


  • Basic cookware: Saucepan, frying pan, baking tray
  • Utensils: Cutlery, spatula, can opener.
  • Tableware: Plates, bowls, mugs, glasses
  • Food prep items: Chopping board, knife set, mixing bowl
  • Cleaning supplies: Washing-up liquid, sponge, cloths, bin bags, washing powder.
  • Culturally appropriate items: Rice cooker, halal/kosher utensils
  • Small appliances: Kettle, toaster, microwave
  • The Health and Safety Executive states that new appliances do not require a PAT Test as they are manufactured to be safe and in working condition. We conduct a visual check to inspect cabling and any signs of damage before installation. If you would prefer to have all new items PAT tested, then we can pre-arrange this at an additional cost.  


These packs are ideal for:

  • Individuals moving back into housing after hoarding clearance
  • Emergency accommodation setups
  • Hospital discharge cases where professionals identify broken appliances/kitchenware

Rapid Locksmith, Key or Medication Safe


Locksmith


What’s included:

  • Change lock 
  • Key brought to ward or put in key safe (if paired)
  • Coordination with care teams


Key Safe Supply & Installation


What’s included:

  • Key safe  (combination)
  • Secure fitting to exterior brick or concrete wall.
  • Custom access code setup
  • Coordination with care teams


Medication Cabinet Supply & Installation


What’s included:

  • Lockable medication cabinet (combination)
  • Wall mounting inside the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom
  • Custom access code setup
  • Coordination with care teams


Liaison with Hospital OT



  

 What can be Included in Our Collaborative Approach:


Ward-Based Coordination   With large packages we can meet directly on the ward to assess discharge needs and plan next steps in real time.


  • Delivery of Basic Equipment to the Home   With large packages we can transport essential items such as:
    • Commodes
    • Perching stools
    • Walking aids  (pre - measured by OT)
    • Pressure-relief cushions
    • Any other OT-recommended equipment (non complex)


  •  Close Liaison with Occupational Therapists (OTs)   We coordinate with OTs to ensure the home environment is safe, accessible, and tailored to the patient’s needs.


  • Home-Ready Assurance   By the time the patient is discharged, their home is fully equipped with food, furniture, safety items, and equipment so they can return with confidence and dignity


This joined-up approach reduces delays, builds trust across teams, and ensures no patient falls through the cracks.
